Recently, the 'Smart Optics Valley CMG World Robot Skills Competition' jointly created by the Social Education Program Center of China Central Radio and Television, Hubei General Station, Technology Bureau, and Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone Management Committee and Alibaba (China) Co., Ltd., was successfully concluded.

On the stage of this competition, the VDF 'Gaoyi Workshop' team provided 16 50KG-level T20TC and 74 50KG-level T30T, adding a sense of technology to the stage.

The VDF-T20TC has a load-bearing line static load of more than 300KG and a lifting torque of more than 670 Nm. At the same time, it is equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as dual physical brakes, loose rope protection, TeamWork communication anti-pull, etc. In an emergency, the operator can also brake at any time through the emergency stop handle to build a solid safety line in all aspects.

Not only that, the T20TC also has versatility and flexible control. It adopts a double-hanging point dual-wire design, with one hanging point providing 220 volt power supply, and the other hanging point providing DMX or RJ45 signals, allowing easy hanging of LED displays or finished stage lights within 50 kg. What is more worth mentioning is that its signal end is unified, RJ45 and DMX are adaptable, and the console only needs one network cable to complete programming, greatly simplifying the operation process.

VDF-T30T is basically consistent with T20TC in terms of load, safety performance and control methods. The difference is that the lifting amplitude of T30T is 1500cm. Compared with the lifting amplitude of T20TC, T30T is more suitable for large theaters, gymnasiums and other high-level venues with high requirements for lifting range.
